|
Purpose:
Helps manage parish resources, facilities, and budget.
Meetings: Monthly, third
Tuesday of the month at 7:30 a.m.

| Building and Grounds Committee
|
Purpose: A subcommittee of the Finance
Council responsible to the Pastor in the resolution of current and new problems, and for
needs of the parish buildings and grounds. Each
situation is reviewed, a course of action is chosen, and a recommendation is made to both
the Parish and Pastoral Councils. Upon
approval of the required financing, the Building and Grounds Committee secures contractor
proposals and arranges for completion of the work.
Meetings: As needed.

| Catholic Services Appeal 
|
Purpose: Annual fund raising campaign to support diocesan programs and
parish capital projects under the auspices of the Finance Council.

|
Purpose: To provide funding for major parish improvement projects.

St. Michael's School Foundation
 |
Purpose: The primary
purpose of the St. Michael's School Foundation, Inc. is to financially support the
elementary school and secondarily, other religious education opportunities for the
parish. The Foundation will accomplish this through the management and distribution
of funds raised by our parishioners, alumni of the school and the community at large
Meeting: Bi-monthly on Thursdays at 8:00 a.m.
